Constructed Language Definition

Languid attempts to solve two problems in Constructed Language (Conlang) definition.  First it tries, with the Lingual language, to provide a formalism for defining a new Conlangs, and second, it tries to provide a simple-to-use user interface, with wizards and tools to aid in the initial stages of definition, but the expressive power to go beyond this and more fully express a system of sound changes, syntax and sentence generation.
